Soccer Mom, Letter "A" Week, Silly Soph

 Last night was officially the kick off to Soccer Season! Karter could not be more excited.  I was very nervous about him starting because he only knew 1 boy on his team, but he walked on the field like a champ and was disappointed when it was over.

So I am officially a SOCCER MOM..... LOL!! I said, "We'll soccer mom MINUS the mini van" hehe!

Before practice Kman wanted a photo shoot.  He loved his shin guards and cleats :)!

And here is what Sophie did during practice...

Love Love Love this picture! His face just shows his excitement.

 Before they learned not to use their hands :)!!

The craziness has began! This practice and that practice.

How AWESOME?? The way they ended practice
 Little Bits attention span isn't real long... so she had to find stuff to do! The dirt and flips is was :)!

 After practice, we went to my Dad & Yanas to eat supper.  Grandmama and I sat on the porch for a while watching the kids and hummingbirds :)!!

 Earlier this week was dance. My precious ballerina loved wearing her tights, leotard, & Ballet shoes.  It all came in last week :)!! So she was super pumped!

Words cannot even explain the happiness these 3 bring me.
 Since Monday's are so hectic it is usually fast food for us.  I know I know!!! But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.  I actually had Will Power and got a salad.  Which I must say there are 2 things worst than texting and driving.
(1) Riding with Sophie
(2) Eating a salad and driving!

Playing before Preschool one morning. When my kids eyes open, they hit the door!
 It was bring a friend to dance week so Tuesday Heidi went to dance with some friends.  She had fun :)!  She said it kinda made her miss the carpool we used to have.

 So this weeks letter at Preschool has been "A".  Day 1 we took an Apple... he didn't want a picture.

Day 2: Alligator
Day 3: Alligator

Day 4: Ants in a jar....

 We released them yesterday afternoon so they could "live".  Karter was slightly sad :)!

Day 5: Acorns

 Sophie is one of a kind no doubt.  I love this picture of her.... there is one at my Dads somewhere that is of me in his boots.  Would love to compare the two.
 Sophie keeps Kyro laughing on Facetime :)!!

Yesterdays Facetime and she had on Papa's work glasses.
 My Grandmama is a bad diabetic.  Everytime we are over there she lets Sophie help her check her blood sugar.  She now has let Soph graduate to actually prick her finger.  Hopefully she won't graduate to being the shot giver anytime soon haha!

Last night I felt sorry for Grandmama :(!! On top of being a diabetic she also has rheumatoid arthritis so stays in basically constant pain.  Dad was about to give her her shot and her leg went out twice on her :(!  Not only that, she had to prick herself 3 times.  The first time Heidi (she isn't as experienced as Sophie with it) touched Grandmama's blood, so she didn't have enough.  The 2nd time Sophie pulled the blood card out of the machine before it read it.  :((!!! Sweet Grandmama still let Soph poke her all 3 times.

 And this morning was copy day :)!! Had a little helper once again.... she behaved much better today.

And I'll leave you with a funny truth.....

Kids Say the Truest Most Innocent Things.....

I haven't done a blog lately about what all the kids say.  I like to do these periodically because I know one day looking back I will enjoy reading about them.

- This morning Karter woke up very whiny.  Now my kids know... if they get hurt and cry I will swoop them up and love them in a minute.  But whining drives me absolutely CRAZY!  I cannot stand them to sit there and whine.  Karter was whining over several different things most of the morning.  In the school line I was telling he and Sophie how I really wish they wouldn't whine and that they would just mind me.  Well he quickly told me, "Today I'm just not happy"!  Wow!  So of course I'm like... what aren't you happy about? He never would say .. but I guess in a 4 year old mind there really is no telling.

Heidi did give Sophie a pep talk in the bathroom.  I didn't know it until we were leaving and she said, "Sophie remember what we talked about".... so in the car I asked her what they talked about and she said, "I just told her to be nice to Mommy".  How sweet?  Heidi truly is precious.

- Last night Heidi went to dance with a friend and since she was doing that, I carried supper to some friends that live in that area.  Mom rode with us and we ate supper at Mellow Mushroom.  Well on the way home, Sophie asked if she could stay with Babee.  I told her I didn't know, but would think about it but for her to stop asking me.  She did good! She didn't ask for about 5 more minutes... which in Sophie's world is a long time.  I told her I was still thinking and she quickly responded, "Thinking's taking a long time".  HAHA I think what made it so funny to me and Mom is the fact that she is 3!!!

- One day last week we were in Heidi's room getting ready for school.  Sophie came in there BUTT naked!  I told her to get her clothes back on.... and she started giggling and said, "I tee tee'd in my room"... I began panicking, threatening, and sweating.  She is steadily laughing.  After watching me panic for a good minute or two, she finally said, "I just kidding".

- You all know how awful Love Bug season is!  One day in the school line while we waited to get Heidi, Karter apparently was steadily watching them swarm.  He then said, "Momma.... those love bugs sure are having a good time".

- Kyle worked a lot while he was home for other people, and one of the times he was leaving, he told me and Sophie... "Bye girls".... without skipping a beat Sophie said, "Bye Boy"! We cracked up!

- The babies tell me everyday how mean I am.  I am told "You're mean" or "You're not my best friend anymore" at least 10 times a day. It's really ridiculous.  Like last week during prayer time Karter even asked for "his Mommy to not be mean anymore".... now that'll break a Momma's heart.  Anyway, one day several weeks ago he did randomly say, "Momma..... you're the BEST babysitter EVER"!!! HaHa!!! Why thank you Karter Man....

*****BTW: I jot all these down so I won't forget... then when they build up I blog about them*****

- A few months ago, I put on a button up shirt for church when I walked out of our room, Karter said, "Mommy you wearin' Daddy's shirt?" We just laughed and I decided I needed to un- button it rather than button some lol!

- There was a lady with an Oxygen tank in the grocery store one morning when we went to get breakfast. Sophie has NO filter... and quickly asked the lady what it was.  So she and the lady carried on a conversation about it for several minutes.  I was humiliated, but was thankful the lady saw her innocence in asking and explained it to her.

- Just yesterday when we went to the store a lady walked by with sunglasses on.  Sophie told her, "The sun's not in here".... the lady started laughing (Still not removing her glasses) & I apologized and told her she didn't have a filter.  She just kept laughing.

- Every night while rocking, the way I know Sophie is about to be OUT like a light is she'll roll and look at me and say, "Goodnight Mom"... not "Mommy" not "Momma", but "Mom" and then she rolls back over and falls right to sleep.

- HAHA I don't even remember what was going on, but before Heidi's 7th birthday we were talking about something and she said, "I'm like 6 years old Mom".  WOW!!!

- Haha Kman and Soph were playing outside and something happened and karter said, "ahhhhh man" and Sophie said, "I not a man.... I Soapie".

-  Heidi asked me "how do you get pregnant?"
Lol After the look of horror on my face and trying real hard to think of something brilliant in 3 seconds I said, "well just when God decides it is time for you to have a child"..... Whew! She was okay with that response.

~~~~ I really do not understand people that are not interested in having kids.  They light up my entire world.  They drive me absolutely BONKERS a lot of days, but then they randomly wrap their arms around you and tell you that "You're the best babysitter ever".  My house cannon stay clean, I am constantly breaking up fights, but I know my life would be completely boring without them in it.
Preschool, Birthday Boy, Funnies, Weekend
Feels like it has been a while since I blogged.  I guess it has... LOL... a week!  So catching up.
I am so in love with Kyro's selfie picture of he and the kids.  I was at a meeting and he sent that to me.  I smiled so big!! He is such an amazing Daddy!
Seems like we had a busy week last week... running here and there... and back here.... then there LOL!
Took Driller & Jaycee for a ride on one of our busy "errand" days.
 Although Kman won't talk about preschool still, I know he is having fun because his sweet teacher posts pictures through out each day.  I cannot explain how good it does my heart to see the pictures.
They even went on a Field Trip last week to the Public Library.  He did talk about that some.  They thought they were something else getting to do something that made them feel so "big".
After they colored their picture at the Library
Story time at the Library
 Last week was also the letter, "O".... Kyle got very creative with each days object.  He took an O'Ring, Oil, and then an Orange LOL! I wasn't so creative.  We were going to take Oreos, but when we went in Thursday there were 4 packs of Oreos!! So I decided they got the drift that Oreo started with an "O". :))
 You can tell he practically rolled out of bed.... nice bed head!
Kyle was so proud of this creation.
Mom was like... can he even say Oil? LOL!! So had to get a video to see if he could.
He was also the flag helper one day.  Now why wouldn't he tell me about that?? Took me seeing pictures to even know :)!!!
With his Orange :)
Little Bobcat headed to the OMS Pep Rally :)
 Friday I took Soph with me to do copies.  Lord have mercy she was all over the place.  She didn't meet a stranger and loved watching the students walk down the hall.  Obviously the copy room is aka the teachers break room.  Well teachers are in and out using the bathroom and finally Sophie YELLED, "MOMMA..... WHY ER'BODY (so country I know) COMING IN OUR CLASSROOM TO TEE TEE"?? I about rolled.  She seriously has NO filter!!!
 I had to get a video to just show how all over the place she was.  I still laugh watching it.
 Friday Kman was the calendar helper :)!!  LOVE IT!
They also ended their "O" week by painting Octopuses with their fingers.
 Friday night Soph stayed with Mom and Heidi stayed with MeMe and they went on a Doggy Dash Saturday morning.  So it was just me and Kman for a little while.  Mom does a fabulous job on shirts for all of us.... she did all of them new AL shirts... so she sent me this one of Sophie..... how presh?
 We decided to go eat lunch at Cheeburger Cheeburger.  The babies loved saying where we were going the whole way there.  So once we got there I had to video :)!!
 Babee and her Roll Tide Babies :)!!
They are growing up before my eyes..... wow... Sophie looks like a little girl now and not so babyish.
 Saturday was also a very special day because Kyro turned the big 3-0!!! Whoa Nelly!!! I so remember when 30 was "old"... and now we are there??? Crazy!  I was under strict orders to not put anything on FB about his birthday :)!! They are not so nice on the rig when it's your birthday.  I still thought about him all day long!  Old Man :)!!!
 Have to share with you some frames I worked on Saturday.... I am doing a party for someone this coming up weekend & she wanted party favors like I did for Soph... so I did them a little different than hers :)!! They turned out so cute to me.
 Last night Soph went home with Nana after church :)!  She sent me this picture of Sophie and Grandmama putting together a US puzzle.  Sophie loves her Grandmama :)!! I say they are BFFs :)!!
Y'all know how my simple minded humor is... these next two things had me rolling.... because they are SOOOO true!!!
I cannot begin to tell you how many times a day while we are traveling that I remind them I am driving.  I cannot do this or that.
And I am saving this one FOREVER on my phone!
 My Dad calls at least every other night and it seems everytime we are talking that I have blurted something out and then we have a different conversation on why I blurted what I did LOL!
And last but not least... a sweet video of Kman drawing his family.....
