I thought I would put the recipe for our strawberry ice cream on here.  We put all low fat ingredients in when we made it and it tasted wonderful!!  The only thing is the actual recipe called for 3TBS vanilla, but I'm pretty sure it was a typo and 3tsp will be plenty.  ENJOY!
2 cups sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small box strawberry  Jell-O
1 pint strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 can evaporated milk
3  tsp vanilla flavoring
1 8oz tub Cool Whip
Sweet milk to fill freezer  container
(for 1 gallon ice cream freezer)
In a blender:  blend  strawberry jello and evaporated milk.  Gradually add all other ingredients and  mix well.  Pour into 1 gallon freezer container and add enough sweet milk to  finish filling container.  Freeze according to freezer directions.
