Weekend at the Beach

This past Saturday we went to Kyle's cousin's wedding at the beach so we spent the weekend with Kyle's Mom, brother, sister in law, and their girls. 

The weather was absolutely perfect!! 
 

... The kids were all so excited to not only be staying the weekend at the beach, but just being together.

We cooked a big breakfast Saturday morning and then did muffins Sunday morning :)!  Kman loves to cook.  So he helped his Daddy do the homemade biscuits....

The water was crystal clear!!  It was cool, but not cold enough to keep them out of it.

He had just fed a seagull out of his hand and was coming in for a high five with MeMe :)!

They thought feeding the seagulls was so cool.......

They'll always remember spending the weekend together at the beach.

The wedding setting was absolutely beautiful!  They had a photo booth area set up..... of course our kids were all about that....

I told Kyle that he really needs to build us one of these swings.... I couldn't get all three of the kids to sit on it, but when the girls asked me to join them, I didn't hesitate :)!!

The D.J. was playing all kinds of good songs.  On one of them Karter just started shaking his leg.  I called it the "shake a leg dance".  It was so cute and he was laughing so hard while doing it....

MeMe got this of Sophie.... I love it!

Saturday night when we got in, MeMe and I took K,S,&H walking on the beach.  They caught all sorts of crabs.  

Sunday morning after breakfast, the kids really wanted to go to the beach one more time before leaving, so off we went......

They built sand castles, had a pretend bakery and made us pies and cakes out of sand, they buried each other, and found several sand dollars.  

They really were.......
