I knew as a Mom that I would eventually get some questions that really make me think and some that make me wanna go..... WWWHHHYYYYY ASK THAT NOW???
Recently he has asked me several and I thought I would share some of them.
(1) When will we stop going to church?
Me: Buddy we won't stop going.
K: Why not?
Me: Because we always need to learn about Jesus.
K: Well what if we learn all the pages?
Me: Then we can teach others about Jesus and the pages.
K: Okay.
(2) When do you get married?
Me: When you get older and you fall in love with someone
K: So you like fall....... and love?
Me: *giggling* No buddy...... you will love someone so much that you can't stop thinking about them.
K: Oh.... I am never doing that.
Me: Yes you will :). There is someone very special that God wants you to marry one day.
K: So how can you not stop thinking about them?
Me: When you are in love with them you just want to be with them all the time. They are always in your mind.
K: Oh, brother!
(3) How do babies get in your tummy?
Me: Well Buddy..... God puts them in there.
K: BUT HOW?
Me: Well.......... He...... well.......
K: HOW DOES A BABY GET IN YOUR TUMMY?
Me: It is a miracle.
K: Ugh..... how is it a miracle?
Me: When two people are in love and are married then sometimes God chooses them to become parents and he puts a baby in the mommy's tummy.
K: I DON'T UNDERSTAND *he is getting very frustrated*.... BUT HOW does God put the baby in there?
Me: Okay..... it is a miracle Karter. God takes part of the Daddy and part of the Mommy and makes a baby.
K: Ugh..... nevermind.
(4) What is the last number..... ever.....?
Me: I don't think there is one. Numbers go on forever and ever.
K: Yea, but what's it called?
Me: There isn't a last number. Numbers never stop.
