Last week was a hectic one, but it makes for a whole blog in itself. My sweet little cousin got married Saturday. I have had cousins get married before, but we have always been so close on my moms side of the family, so that seemed to make a huge difference in the tear factory. Plus the fact that she is younger, so really made me realize how quickly time goes by.
We decorated all day Thursday and Friday. Karter and Sophie had their fair share of many hours spent with us decorating. They loved it when Aunt Becky would tell them they could help do something.
Friday night was rehearsal :)!! Heidi did so good :)!! She and Hank tried their best to help with precious Mamie. But I mean Sophie was 3 in that wedding a few months ago and she still wouldn't do it haha!! So for a 1 1/2 year old, I think she did pretty good.
I also was the stand in bride :)!! Very special. Once we went through most of it, they let me sit down and Jamie got up there. Gave me the opportunity to take some pictures :)!!

I am absolutely in love with this picture! |
The reception was at a gorgeous barn. It was absolutely beautiful!! Every little detail was amazing.
Saturday morning we had the bridal party a "Bridal Breakfast" at my Aunt Mandy's house. We got there at 6:35. So bright and early :)!

This is what made me cry all weekend. Just picturing these 2 as little girls. It is easier when someone older than you gets married, but when they are younger... just hits home. Jamie Leigh and Abby are still supposed to be little and "running away" from home. Or eating crickets. Playing basketball in school. Just showed me that in the blink of an eye that will be my children. |
After the breakfast, we went home for a couple hours and then back to the church we went :)!! I snapped this picture of Heidi as we were walking in to get her ready:

Pretty flower girls :)!! The dresses were made by my Mom :)!! They were perfect. |
|
We did a selfie while waiting LOL! |
They had forgot her flower petals in the reception area, so Heidi and I quickly volunteered to go get them so I could get a glimpse of the cakes. I LOVED them!
She really was a rather calm bride :)!! Bossy, but calm (love you Jamie Leigh haha)!

MeMe got the babies ready and brought them for me :)!! |

My handsome Karter Man! |
The ceremony was gorgeous. Every little detail. And the reception... oh my stars.... there was food out the ying yang :)!!

Blowing candles out on the table |
And then it was time to send them off......
..... and just like that it is over. They are married..... and clean up time starts.
Karter, Hank, Heidi, Mamie, and Sophie :)!!
Congratulations Jamie and Justin!! I am beyond grateful for the love that you found in each other. Just remember to keep God 1st in your marriage. Always remember that :)!! Kiss each other good night and always say kind things. Once something comes out of your mouth, you can never get it back. Love each other unconditionally. VERY excited for the journey ahead for you guys.
