Karter,
Wow!! I can hardly believe you are two years old. Where did the time go? It seems like only yesterday I found out I was pregnant with you. Your dad and I were so excited. We wanted you so badly :)! When we found out you were going to be a boy, we were ecstatic!! Finally a "Colquett" boy to carry on the name.... and not just any name.... your initials HAD to be MKC... and call you by the "K" name.... so congratulations you are MKC III!!! I don't think anyone was more proud than your Grandaddy Colquett. On April 15, 2009, you changed our lives forever. Your Big Sister was so excited about your arrival :)!! You were born that afternoon not long after 2:00. You have been such a blessing to our little family. You have to be tough for your sisters :)!!! You are so good to them.... although you all love to aggravate one another.... but that's just part of it. You have so many "serious" faces that you make.... but they way you make them makes everyone smile. You most definitely brighter a room when you enter. You have those big brown eyes... and that smile that is still missing those 4 teeth around your front and bottom 2 :)!! Which makes your smile that much cuter. Words cannot describe how much I love you. You amaze me everyday... mostly by your language. You can pretty much say anything we ask you to say... and you say full sentences. You started talking very well about a month ago and have been non stop ever since. You know every color under the rainbow, except for the hard ones... like silver and gold :)! You know what every body part is called. You love to put on deodorant and Daddy's smell good and absolutely love flip flops and picking out your own pajamas :)!! Our next task is teaching you how to love tee-teeing in the potty :)!! Just know that you will always have a special place in my heart. I love you so much!!! And I thank God for blessing me with you.
Just some pictures of Karter's life for you to enjoy :)!! :

The saddest day of your life so far to me was when you and I had to spend the night in the hospital because your jaundice levels got so bad :( That was very hard on your Momma!!!
You were diagnosed with GERD (Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease) very early on and we had to make some trips to Sacred Heart in Pensacola for tests. Thankfully Amanda rode with us!!
Your sister was in my tummy... and was born when you were 14 months old.... and wouldn't you know..... you didn't walk until you were almost 16 months old!!
On your 2nd Birthday morning Papa and Amanda came to see you before school :)!!
